Due to convenience, I have been coming to this location for eye exams for years. There is always a new receptionist every time I come, but this current receptionist has been the worst: immature and unprofessional. Customer service is the benchmark of any establishment and she could definitely use some improvement in that area. The other admin staff before her were decent in my opinion. Dr. Tsao was always kind though.

He was very Rude gave me the wrong prescription! no patience whatsoever! Wants to give you what he wants and get you out of his office as long he takes your money! Waiting for him like 30 minutes … and the visit lasted only 10 minute! I would not recomend anyone to go here! Find a better place! If I could give this place a negative five star (-5) I would!

There seems to be a pattern with his minority patients as all the other reviews seem to be positive ones. I had just moved and needed new glasses asap I visited him for a new prescription he was very rude and seemed to try and shut me down. He rushed through my visit as if I was annoying him. He did tell me I had stigmatism and I asked what is that and he just ignored me right in my face so I had to look it up when I got back to the car. My experience at this place really bothered me and after looking at other reviews it seems that I’m not alone. I hope Walmart knows they have a doctor treating select patients badly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. T for years and he’s outstanding. When I moved and had to try others doctors, I couldn’t find anyone that could get my RX correct. He got it right in literally less than five minutes, so I make the drive to Houston to continue getting excellent eye care and service. Highly recommend!

He is a thief. He me home with sample contacts. I went back to tell him that I did not feel comfortable with them and if he could give me other brand to sample. He wanted to charge $60 more and complained that I was using “chair time” so I needed to pay more? Now I go with Dr. Montgomery and she even gives me samples for a month, texts me to see how my eyes are feeling and if i am ready to order the contacts. If not, she’ll see me again for free to give me samples of a new brand. Enclave Vision this is.
