Toni Craige Holistic Therapies

I've have been seeing Toni for massage and body work for 7 years. She's exceptionally gifted -- whether I was looking for relaxation and renewal or relief from an injury, after I saw Toni I felt like a new person. She's a careful listener and has many techniques to provide a successful session. On top of all that, she has provided me a safe and secure environment for a massage during the time of Covid. I can't say enough about what she can bring to her clients.

Toni is incredible! She borrows from multiple disciplines to encourage holistic healing. I have reoccurring pain from an old sports injury that nothing seems to help. In a few short sessions all my pain was gone and hasn't come back. She has encouraged healing in other areas of health I didn't think were connected to massage and the benefits of her sessions extend for days after.

I feel incredibly safe with Toni and trust her completely to do bodywork on me. I experienced some really hard life stuff and sought out Toni for holistic bodywork that included massage, myofascia release, and energy work. I left feeling lighter. I will return!
