Tomorrow's Dentistry Today

My wife and our kids used this office starting when we lived in the area, but I continued to use my original dentist. When we moved, they continued to use this office, and I continued to use my own dentist even though it was a long drive. One day, she was unable to get our kids to their appointment, so I took the day off to get them to their appointment. Mind you, they offered to my wife to put me on her plan she had with them, but she declined due to me having my own dentist. When I took the kids to their appointment, they offered to put me on the same plan, to which I declined due to already having a dentist. Fast forward to about 2 years ago. Great place hands down!!! They got me right in and got my problems taken care of right then and there, and Dr P. is awesome he actually talks with you and gives you the confidence you need to get through your procedure. The assistant Adam was so gentle and wonderful. Really made things that much more comfortable. The front office ladies are so caring and made sure I was taken care of the whole time! Definitely will be a returning customer! Absolute best emergency dental in my opinion.

I’m 51 years old, I have never been more disappointed in any service that I have ever received. After screwing up the work, not once but twice I refused to finish paying the rest of my bill (did pay over $1000 for for what I received). I was sent to collections ( and the collections agent refused to collect against me after hearing the story) had a court case filed against me and now have a garnishment for $500+ 4 years later. Not only did their repair come loose from my jaw, they cut half of a healthy tooth next to it to get it back out and charged me for the trouble. While sitting in the chair after the removal they sent their bill collector to pressure me to pay for it. It was their mistake! All I needed was my tooth fixed….$2000.00 Later by someone else I’m finally on my way. Skip t

Hmm. I left a review for this place a few years ago, after the last time I ever went. They charged $50 for missing an appointment. I understand that, I forgot. However during this time my phone carrier was updating their voicemail system, which reset my voicemail without me even knowing. That meant any call they reached out with. I did not get a voice messages. They sent it to collections, which upped it to $100. This was not a great time for me to be throwing away money. When I called to figure out why I had a charge going to collections, and they had zero empathy. They could have sent a letter to my house saying I have an outstanding charge. No, nothing. I had to pay the $100 to avoid any further charges. I did like the work they did there, but I'm looking for a different one.

If I could give no stars I would. They are priced extremely high. I had to go in four different times to have a crown done. They had to make adjustments twice and it still isn’t right. Also they were way off on the estimate. I payed way more than what I should have and it’s been three months and I still have yet to get my refund. I called them three different times there so called billing department must never work because I get and answering machine every time. I finally acted like I was a new patient so I could finally talk with someone and there response was oh I’m sorry we don’t handle the refunds that’s at our headquarters. But I will let them know you are wondering where it is at. Pathetic business practice. And they are well aware of it because they don’t list a website or phone num
