Tokyo Massage

We went for a couples massage with high expectations, but the experience was very uneven. My husband was treated by a male therapist who was excellent: very professional, never interrupted the session, and provided a continuous massage for the entire hour. His technique and dedication were noticeable. Unfortunately, my experience was very different. The therapist who treated me left the room at least 3 or 4 times, constantly interrupting the session. At one point, we were even brought a form to fill out in the middle of the massage, which was very inappropriate and completely broke the sense of relaxation. I truly love going to Tokyo Massage! The place is always clean, and the customer service is excellent. Every time I’ve visited, the massage has been amazing and well worth the money. The ladies are polite, professional, and really know how to get the knots out with their skillful techniques. I’ve been here a couple of times, and each experience has been consistently great. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating massage!

The place is neat and clean. All staff exercise a high level of professionalism. A good few of the massage therapist perform the 90 minute Ashiatsu, deep tissue, and hot stone combination well. They discover the problem areas in the body and muscle tissue and provide very good massage technique solutions.

My family has been loyal customers here for over five years, and we’ve always appreciated the quality of service until recently. Unfortunately, our last three massage experiences have not met the high standards we once enjoyed. We've noticed some therapists distracted by their phones during sessions, and frequent staff rotations due to scheduling issues have sometimes resulted in inconsistent technique. I’ve shared my feedback with the management in the hope of improving the experience, but unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed. After three less-than-ideal visits in a row, it seems that the business may be moving away from prioritizing repeat customers and client satisfaction. WARNING - DO NOT GO THERE : What a weird and confusing experience. No idea why/how this place has so many good reviews. Walked in during the day to make a booking for a specific massage type. Came back for our appointment later only to find a very confused hostess saying they didn't have rooms anymore. They offered to split us up and walk us away to another place, no thank you. They then did that to 2 other customers waiting. They then ushered us into a room, no instructions, no welcome, nothing. 25 minutes later 2 therapists came in. Not what we asked for nor the right massage type. The walls are paper thin so there's no relaxation going on as you hear people shouting and walking by.
