Dr Castro is fantastic! I’ve had a quite productive and pleasant experience during our treatment plan. His thorough evaluation process, supported by constant, consistent follow up, cements a foundation easy to build upon for incremental improvements. We have seen some immediate results that have made a tremendous difference in my day to day. I came to him as my quality of life was deeply affected by exercise injuries that I ignored because I didn’t have a practitioner I could really trust. He has kept me disciplined and focused, not letting a hyper busy schedule get in the way of achieving palpable results. Dr. Felipe Castro helped me tremendously with knee pain during my marathon training. He took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of my pain and taught me how to prevent it in the future. He demonstrated specific exercises and rehab techniques that helped reduce my pain and allowed me to return to training as quickly and safely as possible. Dr. Castro was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. This is not like a typical clinic where doctors only spend a few minutes with you, his approach is truly one-on-one and individualized. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem and make sure you understand your recovery plan. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Castro did an exceptional job diagnosing the knee pain that has bothered me since high school. He patiently walked me through the anatomy and mechanics of how my knee works, and even demonstrated practical exercises and movement adjustments that reduced the strain. Within just a few hours, he put together a detailed rehab plan for me. Dr. Castro is incredibly personable and easy to talk to, and his passion for fitness is truly contagious. I went to see Felipe after a very painful shoulder injury, where I had a limited range of movement. Felipe was very kind to me and helped ease my stress by giving me reassurance. He provided me with a series of exercises to heal and strengthen my shoulders. Felipe was able to work around my schedule to best fit my needs and was very patient while teaching me the exercises and even went as far as sharing helpful videos and tips to further improve my treatment. I followed Felipe’s instructions and exercises and was able to regain my range of movement and the pain went away. I would 100% recommend him!

I’ve been struggling with knees issues since 2010. I’m so glad I found Nex Performance! Dr. Felipe has been so helpful. He’s taught me so many techniques so that I can continue to work out in the gym with NO PAIN! I would definitely recommend.
