I’ve been a patient at Dr. Kazdan’s office for more than ten years and was satisfied with the care for most of that time. Unfortunately, the quality of service has declined sharply in recent years. Scheduling, follow‑up, and general responsiveness have deteriorated to the point of being consistently sub‑par. I’m reluctant to change primary care providers at this stage of my life, especially after such a long relationship, but reliable primary care becomes more important as I get older. This office is no longer meeting that standard, and the decline has been significant enough that I’m now reconsidering my options.

Dr. Kazden saved my life. My mom was his patient, and when I went with her to an appointment, he noticed I wasn't doing so great physically. Even though he wasn't my doctor, he offered to help me out. Because of how he treated both my mom and me, I decided to make him my primary doctor. A year later, I'm 50 pounds lighter and in the best shape of my life. I'm so incredibly grateful to Dr. Kazden and his team.

Dr. Tod Kazdan is truly the best! He is not only an outstanding professional but also incredibly personable and caring. He always takes the time to listen, explain things thoroughly, and make sure I feel comfortable and supported. I never feel rushed—he genuinely cares about my well-being and goes above and beyond at every visit. Having a doctor who combines such expertise with compassion is rare, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician. I highly recommend Dr. Kazdan to anyone looking for the absolute best care!

I thought I had strep throat and went to get tested and some antibiotics. They prescribed me some antibiotics but never called me back to let me know about my lab results and when I finally figured out how to check it online it says that the test wasn’t performed because the specimene was received in an expired container. This means they don’t even know what strain I have and how to properly treat it. I’ve been trying to call non stop to make an appointment to get new medication because it’s not fully gone after the 5th day and they never answer the phone. Strep is a serious issue that can majorly compromise my health if not taken care of properly. The doctor office did not check that the container was expired. Working with expired samples. There is no responsibility for their actions.

I tried to schedule a new patient appointment and they never answered their phone (what if I was a sick, existing patient?). When I finally got someone they put me on hold for too long then expected me, a new patient, to know which provider I wanted to schedule with - I don't know the names of the providers at the practice yet. Anyway, I was told, with attitude that dr Kazan has no openings until March. Moving on.
