I have had an absolutely wonderful experience at every appointment with Dr. Sontag. He and his entire team are consistently kind, compassionate, and incredibly thorough. They truly take the time to get to know you and genuinely listen to your needs and concerns. I never feel rushed during my visits, and I always leave feeling supported and confident in the care plan we’ve discussed. It’s clear that Dr. Sontag and his associates work hard to ensure each patient receives the best possible care. Another thing I greatly appreciate is how efficient the office is , I am usually seen very quickly and have never had to wait long either to be called back or to see the doctor. I wish I could give this more than 5 stars. Dr. Sontag was absolutely amazing. His “bedside” manner was amazing. He made me feel comfortable, asked questions and listened to answer, then gave actual information, that was not only helpful but eased my anxiety. I cannot tell you how happy I am that I found Dr. Sontag. I didn’t feel like I was in a patient mill. I felt seen, heard, and understood. Thank you.

Dr. Sontag takes a sound holistic approach to treating my health and medical needs. I have multiple medical issues, including congenital heart disease. Dr. Sontag has a deep knowledge of all aspects of healthcare, including working with insurance companies so that they can provide needed support and services. I have also been treated by Kelly (APRN) and Kylie (PA) on numerous occasions. They are excellent as well. The medical assistants and support staff are all excellent also. It is a very well run and effective practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Sontag and his office. Dr. Sontag has been my primary care physician for a couple of years now, and his knowledge and “bedside manner” has convinced me that I am in great hands. He is very thorough in going over my medical history and cares about my wellbeing. Most importantly, he doesn’t throw pills at patients to cover up symptoms, but rather looks for causes and treatments that lead to recovery. His office runs on time with very little waiting, and his staff is very friendly and competent. Also, I appreciate that his office uses My Chart so it’s easy to schedule appointments, communicate via message with him and his staff, and includes patient history/test results to keep me informed.

Dr. Sontag has been a phenomenal primary care physician. In a world where so many medical professionals could care less about their patients, Dr. Sontag is a breadth of fresh air. He truly takes his time to listen to your concerns and is very willing to work with your needs and is very transparent about the process. Couldn’t recommend him enough!
