Today's Vision-Downtown

Dr.Chow has been my optometrist for over 20 years. I would recommend anyone to her for excellent client care and amazing customer service.

I really like today's vision, I know I'm due to have my eyes checked but I will take care of Monday for an appointment but there's a lot of selections on eyeglasses they're very helpful.. the doctors are very nice 🙂... I would recommend today's vision to anyone needing to get their eyes checked.. the staff are fantastic

There was only one gentleman assisting me and another family. He was courteous and patient but it took sometime to get the help I needed because he was busy with the other people. Overall he was good but they didn’t have a wide range of lenses to choose from. Some of the brand they had when I was there on Oct. 2018 were: Gucci Mont Blanc Police Kenneth Cole Gant Oakley Other generic brands

Had to reschedule my appointment twice because they booked someone else over me. They were helpful in explaining beforehand what my insurance did and didn't cover so there were no surprise charges even though it was expensive (insurance fault, not theirs). But, the service I received during the eye exam from both the techs and the doctor was great. Very up front and explained what they were doing and showed me the strange scans of my eyes. They were very personable and laughed at my jokes. Contacts arrived quickly after I ordered them and they called to remind me about them.

I have been coming here since 2004 when I worked downtown. Now I bring my entire family with me for exams. My children are 6 and 10 and I can say that I would not recommend for children. The doctor was not very patient and through with my 6 year old even though I told him it was his first real eye exam. I would have loved more care and interactions because he has been having issues with his vision, but the doctor never asked any questions about my concerns. He also didn't take time to explain to the process and procedures of what to expect during the exam. We had 4 appointments back to back, but we were herded through and finished way ahead of schedule, so I know he could have take more time with my son.
