Horrible experience. First of all the front desk person has has stank attitude. There was no where for me to place my belongings (purse, jacket,etc). The dr was very rough with the numbing injection. They did not use the straw suction thing to remove saliva. He was rough as he started the root canal and half way through he says “ I can’t do this my hands are too big. You can’t open your mouth any more and your nerves are the same as a 6ft man they’re an inch long. I can’t reach them my hands are too big “ He filled the hole left in my tooth with some sandy feeling stuff. Didn’t smooth it out. Didn’t offer me a rinse. My tooth is left hurting. I’ve never in my life experienced a DR appointment of any kind and had anything close to this experience. It was awful. If I could give negative s

If I could actually give this no stars I would. Forwarded my calls for over an hour, FINALLY someone answers doesn’t even give me a second to speak puts me on hold for 24 minutes then hangs up. I try calling back the RUDE receptionist pretended she couldn’t hear me. God awful customer service

I had a great experience at Dr. Melideo’s dental office thanks to Janessa and Skylar. Dentist visits usually make me nervous, but they were both incredibly reassuring and professional. They communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and I was able to reach the office right away whenever I had a concern—which really helped ease my anxiety.
