TMCOne - Rita I, #180

This place sucks. I had an appointment at 4:30 and I showed up at 4:35 and as soon as I got there, they said the doctor left and I’m like it was five minutes late. You couldn’t have waited five minutes. They canceled my appointment and made me reschedule a week later, but I don’t think I will be rescheduling with this place because the customer service was very terrible. The front desk lady was rude and inconsiderate And she does not belong to work there. This is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve had with TMC as I’ve been a long-term patient . I would like at least some type of management or manager to reach out to me, but I doubt they will do that considering this place sucks and the workers suck as well. I didn’t even wanna give it a one star until about it was.

This lab is the one our doctor sends patients to. However, many times the insurance won’t cover it because the lab work is billed through the hospital. We had blood work done there for a routine yearly check-up, and our insurance did not cover it and it should’ve been covered at 100%. Due to this issue, we will not be returning to this clinic because they are unwilling to fix it nor did they tell us that this is how it worked.

That office and the staff there are amazing. I trust them with my life. Same with my kids lives because everyone there goes above and beyond. I know you by first noon. The office manager has been there for 20 years and they're all friendly

We drove all the way from Sierra Vista and there was construction and an accident which prevented us from being on time. We were 7 minutes past the 10 minutes grace period. The receptionist refused to ask the provider if my daughter could still be seen after driving over an hour and a half to get there. She said, “protocol is protocol and you can go to Urgent Care.” She was rude, dismissive and uncaring. She did not have any minimal professional grace for my daughter. We will no longer be a patient here after this uncalled for treatment. We are sad to lose the care of this doctor.

Dr Meija is very attentive and listens to my history and concerns. He orders all procedures necessary, and follows up promptly. I highly recommend this Dr.
