TMC Urgent Care, Wyatt

Brought granddaughter in for a possible ear infection and bleeding in her stool. Four individuals pasted me asking if we were being helped. Finally a young lady came out to register my granddaughter. After completing all the necessary documents, another woman came out and placed a note on the screen of the register clerk who then asked me again who I was. She then asked if I had something that says I can bring granddaughter in for treatment.(The child lived with me) I asked what kind of something. I then mentioned that I am in their system because I have brought the her in for the past four years. The clerk then said that TMC1 has different rules than TMC and asked if I actually came to urgent care or ER. She then suggested that I go to ER where my grandchild had been treated on the

Fantastic service, quick times too, even with only one provider there today 2/19. I am concerned, however, about an incident in the waiting room. There was an RN sitting in a chair there, working on a laptop and eating pistachios with no concern for if anyone in the room had tree nut allergies, or if anyone who sat in the chair after her had them. She also made a comment about how she was only pretending to work on her laptop and was instead “spying on” the nurses and workers behind the half closed door leading to the exam rooms. I will definitely be back, but I thought it may be good to make TMC Urgent Care aware of this Nurse.

I’ve never been to any urgent care except this one so I can’t really do a comparison. My first time was excellent. I was seen right away and the staff are nice. People who complain about the wait is ridiculous. Go first thing in the morning and expect care right away. Be compassionate about the staff and be grateful they are there to service us.

First time at this urgent care and I 100% recommend this place. Staff was amazing from beginning to end. Was evaluated quickly and treated promptly. Lynette, the nurse in charge, is exceptional. Great bedside manner, professional and very caring. Haven't had this level of care at an Urgent Care in years. Exceptional patient care from beginning to end. Thank you Lynette for treating me with your gentle touch and your medical expertise turning my condition around.

TMC UC is the best in town. My brother had gone there, in June & said the nurse practitioner he saw did a great job & knew her stuff. (brother is a retired nurse). Then i brought my other brother, who is disabled, in July, to be seen by someone & was very pleased with her help as well. yesterday morning i went there to be seen by someone, myself & i will say it was a very pleasant experience. i was treated by Ted Bollard, very nice dr. i felt comfortable & safe. he explained things in words i could understand:), which is always helpful . i'd like to give KUDOS to TMC UC for truly caring about their patients. if you are looking for an UC, try them out. i don't think you'll be disappointed. :)
