TMC Pharmacy

Overall I have had very pleasant interactions with this pharmacy. They are a very busy place and seem to be understaffed for their volume. In person interactions have been great and the line moves quickly. Phone interactions are not as insightful as I would have liked and the staff often sound irritated and rushed to get off the phone.

I spoke to Andres about a problem I had with my daughter prescription, he was the kindest and most understanding pharmacy tech. I really appreciate him helping me and getting the pharmacist to answer my questions. He was thorough and had excellent phone etiquette.

Good pharmacy, friend staff. However there is some red tape to understand-- they do not accept GoodRX and they sometimes cannot fill proprietary (brand name) medicines and will give you the generic instead. They are NOT a specialty pharmacy. If you need a certain medicines from a specialty pharmacy only, they cannot fill it for you. If you have UMR, they are not associated with any specialty "TMC" pharmaces. You'll need an override to get it filled somewhere else. Don't blame the staff for these things. Their hands are tied.

The staff here is amazing. The difficult people they deal with every day is mind boggling. They are patient, kind, and thorough. I'm so glad I've been able to get my prescriptions filled here.

Tmc pharmacy is busy but still makes time for you. Bianca, I think her name was, was a super star. She was helping multiple people at once and had me in and out of the pharmacy in under 10 minutes despite the large crowd. There was another girl there with short colored hair capable of helping us customers in line, but seemed unfazed to the chaos as she was just sitting on a chair looking at her phone. Another lady named Lola shortly after came and jumped in to help Bianca. A+ for Lola and Bianca.That other girl needs some training on customer service.
