I can only speak from my own experiences. Everytime I have ever had to come to these TMC related locations, it has been top shelf each time. From. The birth of one of our children, surgery of another child, diagnosis of another, and today the hearing appointment; all top shelf, each time. I have worked regional, district and local HR in the health industry in my past careers, and in my personal and previous professional experience, kudos. Are they perfect, I can not say any place is perfect as we can always grow and improve, however, I have zero complaints thus far. TMC Headquarters. New Property Manager. At that Foundation Plaza Apartments. He keeps talking to me in private. They have a big problem and do nothing about it. TMC has a better apartment complex.

Never go to TMC Brace Shop. Tony & his Manager are incompetent, & will say one thing one time, another the next. You will be out $275+ & have foot orthotics that hurt your feet. I have had multiple pair of foot orthotics throughout the past 30 years from other businesses and PT's & never had a bad experience. They were awful. I was told I could return them, then they wouldn't take them back. However, I did see them take them back from another customer. Treating customers different is wrong. So very disappointed.

I never dreamed that Tucson Medical Center would become the worst hospital in Tucson. If you ever have to be admitted to the hospital fight with everything you have to not go there. Especially 600 unit. The techs and nurses are rude, lazy condescending and combative. One complaint to Alexander about another person brought on an onslaught of being called "a tattle tale" and another to stand there with her hand on her hip rolling her eyes. This is a hospital!To be left in wet clothes and a wet bed for over 2 hours is not ok. Had to have a relative, on 2 separate occasions, call the nurses station because the help light was ignored for 2 hours, and no one even answered those phone. I wouldn'teven give TMC one star. Its a sad shame that this profession has lost its zest for helping people.

Super disappointed in what TMC has become. Waiting for my kid to be seen for over an hour while listening to the medical staff talk about their booze cruises and vacation days. Not a single patient has been attended to for at least an hour.
