I was referred to TLC by an after hours emergency vet line for my 10 month old kitten, Spyro. Spyro was presenting with a sudden onset of hair loss and some pretty severe skin issues. My biggest priority was getting Spyro the care he needed while also looking for affordability. When I got in touch with TLC and explained Spyro’s condition, they had me come in the same day. Every tech and vet I came across was beyond welcoming and sweet to both my kitten and I. Spyro and I were blessed to have met and work with Dr. Helgeson, I was beyond impressed with her openness, honesty, and transparency with the entire process. All the way from pricing, medical tests, findings throughout the exam, possible differential diagnosis’, treatments, services, medication options, and the timing of tests/results

We love TLC and all its staff! Everyone we’ve met is so kind, knowledgeable and you can just tell they absolutely love being there. Dr. Funfsinn is so amazing with our little dachshund and she answers all of our questions with detail. She knows I’m an anxious dog momma and always eases my worries! We have since moved a few hours away, but still make the trek so our boy can see his favorite people and get the best care possible. Seriously can’t say enough good things about TLC. Natalie provided outstanding care for my dog, Audi. From the first phone call to the moment we left, she showed genuine compassion and a calm professionalism that immediately put both Audi and me at ease. I have taken my dogs to several metro area clinics over the last 30 years. I've experienced the good and the bad with staff as well as the doctors or surgeons. 3 years ago we started seeing Dr. Natalie and I cannot be more pleased with my decision. My dog has had a number of struggles with eating and digestive issues which none of the other vets we saw took seriously. Dr. Natalie did not hesitate to run blood work, provide injections and hydration to help my dog feel better. She provided excellent direction on how I can handle episodes at home, was conscencious of the costs, even helped find less expensive options for food and medication. 2.5 years ago we switched all of our animals to TLC after 25 years at a different vet clinic in the area. We have been so happy and grateful for the excellent care and support we have been receiving for our special needs Great Dane, our Sheepdog and our cats. The doctors are extraordinary. The open, upfront and honest communication is appreciated. Every vet tech we have worked with have been extremely supportive and our dogs LOVE all of them.
