I give Teresa a million stars. Myofascial release therapy has been a game changer for my health. It’s helps with chronic pain, balance, and weakness. Teresa is highly skilled, intuitive, and compassionate. She truly understands her craft and how to heal people. She’s a true gift! Highly recommended for those with fibromyalgia or me/cfs but it’s really great for everyone.

Are your muscles tight? Do you have less range of motion than you use to? If you do Teresa does a fantastic job of releasing things! At first it feels like butter is melting, than it feels like lava flowing so fast then you start seeing stars. Toxins and junk leaving the area! The next day I feel amazing so much more range of motion! Teresa is fun to work with! She makes you feel comfortable. Teresa will tell you along the way what she is doing. Teresa is good at asking how does that feel? Then i will move whatever she has worked on and if there is still stiffness she can work it out more! I can’t wait to have more sessions!

The first time Teresa worked on my jaw I was skeptical that she would be able to help. Over 4 years, I had tried several other treatments/practitioners but nothing helped. My bite was still off and the pain and tightness persisted. Teresa knew right off the bat where to target. I did NOT expect to feel instant relief but I did. After the third visit my jaw felt back to normal. Unbelievable! Not sure exactly how it works but I don’t have to. I just know I feel better and I tell everyone! Teresa is the real deal!
