TLC Rehabilitation & Physical Therapy - Brooklyn Office

My son is an athlete who came in with a heel pain and a doctor prescription for specific stretching. We tried TLC on Bay Parkway in Brooklyn, because it was in-network for my insurance. Session 1 - no stretching done, and I was told that we had a late appointment, and so the PT only had 30 min and didn't have the time to do the whole thing. They also said, that he could stretch himself at home. Ok, fine, I spoke with them on the phone, arranged for a different timeslot, and was assured that the next session would be 45 min and include the full service. Guess what, the next session again lasted only 30 min, and included no stretching (because, presumably, this is something he can do by himself). During the sports the next day, my son was in pain. I and my wife was with TLC Physical Therapy last year(2017), me with frozen left shoulder and my wife for knee pains on both knees. We were attended by Mr. Kam Chu Cheng, the physical therapist for 20 sessions each and we’re glad to say that our problems were overcome by the painstaking treatment he put. We have been experiencing these problems for years, 3 for me and 5 for my wife and have visited 3 Physical therapists in New York previously but were never improving. Only after 20 sessions with Mr. Cheng that we have luck. The office staff are all helpful and friendly.

I would really recommend this place if you need physical therapy. The physical therapists are extremely helpful and attentive. They have provided me with great services in regards to my wounds. I have healed a tremendous amount and faster than I expected.

TLC is like a tight family of workers I've been using them for two years on different body parts Emmys time the results are excellent the treatment is professional flexible and very caring I don't feel like I'm at therapy at all I feel like I'm visiting friends and they're helping me to get better I highly highly recommended for anyone who's in need of expert physical therapy with the best patient care around cannot recommend them any higher and I do
