Best place for PT everyone are so welcoming and kind, place is always clean. Therapists are amazing always patient and caring. Helped me so much with my Frozen Shoulder. Highly recommended.

Very professional staff, from the front desk to the therapists. Kayla and Sarah extremely knowledgeable, and has been very helpful with all my exercises to help in my rehabilitation of my hybrid total knee replacement. I'm very impressed with the progress I'm making with Kayla and her team. They work well with each patient based on needs and injuries . They focus on the important things with care whereas many other places just see you as a number not as person .Would give 100 stars to this location if they went that high.

Great place!!! I was previously using Jag and wasn’t happy that I wasn’t getting the on one attention. I Tried TLC and couldn’t be with the staff. Kayla , Prajakta and Dylan are awesome so helpful through my knee surgery. Highly recommend them to others.

I went to the TLC Phys Therapy on Arlene and Richmond. I had brutal back pain. I went in and was greeted by Gianna who deftly handled my insurance and schedule. I then proceeded to work with Matt, Bleona or Yani. They applied a heating pad on my back. I then was put thru stretching exercises with them. When i was warmed up I then was placed on a table. Where the Therapists Kayla or Sarah Rose worked my legs and back. They gave me a deep massage of my Sciatic nerve which helped greatly. I went for 10 sessions. I limped in my first day and walked out pain free. I recommend the TLC office at Arlene and Richmond and working with Kayla and Sarah Rose.

The staff is cordial and tends to your needs. They are professional and yet make you feel at home. There is no or little wait time. Talented and knowledgeable personnel that work miracles. One of my favorite things to do is cupping. They also provide electrode stimulation and massages for the injured area amongst other things.
