I love this clinic . I needed a doctor 6 yrs back . I had no insurance at the time, and walked in and was seen almost immediately. This clinic is so wonderful, compassionate, flexible. ALL THE STAFF IN MY OPINION REALLY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT IS REQUIRED. I RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS OR CANT FIND IMMEDIATE CARE OR RESOURCES FOR ANY THERAPY, OR ANY REASON... Outstanding doctor & staff. The doctor Jacque is the best, so is other doc - they are very nice, thorough & knowledgeable. Walk in or APT's, so always there for us. One of the best doctor offices I've ever seen. Whoever left the negative review must be mixed up, I've seen them for years & extremely professional, caring & modern. I've had my blood drawn several times there, didn't even feel it & I hate needles; they're the best with blood draws. Thank you!

WARNING! This is a TERRIBLE place to visit. It has a cheap clinic look, which was followed by NP Marcia McCleary NOT showing up for my scheduled appointment. The phlebotomist drew blood and ruptured my vessel! My arm was black and blue for over a week. NEVER in my life has this happened before, I have large veins (easy to see). Weeks later, they never called in my scripts, so I had to call them again. NP McCleary said she'll bill me a 'TeleDoc' visit to get my scripts sent out (just padding the bill). Fast forward seven months later, I called to get my scripts refilled. They scheduled another 'TeleDoc' visit; but guess what?, NP McCleary was a No-Show, once again. So after an hour of waiting, I called the office to see what was up. NP McCleary decided NOT to call me, nor have any staff cal

For being a smaller clinic, TLC delivers great care. Jacques and Marcia are doing an amazing job. The staff are friendly and seem organized. The facility could use some updating, but it just goes to show that just because they may not have the newest or most pristine equipment, doesn’t mean that they don’t offer great, or even better quality care and attention for their patients.
