Very nice trainers that push you a little but not too much and staff is very helpful respectful. They have wipes to wipe machines before and after and you need to bring your own towel to sit on or dry with and swimming socks or shoes with grips on them . I think Walmart, Dollar General, Amazon, and Temu has them for kids and adults. Very nice workouts and levels for younger or older or for starting slower then moving up good hours and affordable also 😊 🙏 💕 Merry Christmas 🎄🎁 & Happy Holidays 🎉 everyone. While renting the pool for my daughter’s pool party. We assumed since it was an indoor pool there would be air conditioning. We got there and it was so hot in there. Half of the party had to leave because they was elderly and couldn’t be in the heat like that. Just fyi for anyone renting it in the summer. It will be hot!!!!!

The best fitness instructors I've ever had! Very attentive of your physical strengths and weaknesses. They keep an eye on each individual making sure they get the best workout without injuries. Lots of smiles and laughter in morning pool aerobics. All ages..some are in their 80s and 90s in morning pool aerobics!

Equipment needs to be sanitized after each person, but the people just don't sanitize after they use equipment, and the pool floor is so slippery. You can't smell the chlorine in pool, the bathrooms need to be checked often and people need to clean up after themselves better after using them and the sauna just nasty women and men to leave them like that for the next person. Staff rarely check pool area on family nite when there are more younger kids. Rates are too high, but customer service is ok

For 150 dollars we got two hours of heat torture. I know it’s summer but for the pool there is no ventilation so the building is just a big hot box made to suffocate you slowly. Be warned.
