Drove 20 minutes to get here yesterday (Monday) only to find out they are closed on Mondays. The hours on Apple maps and on their front door outside are not updated. Drove 20 minutes again today specifically for a simple drug test and was told the provider is in a meeting and I would have to wait 1hr 30 mins before being seen at all. So I have to come back, again, for a third time. I’m sure the staff is nice but I’m extremely frustrated at this point because I needed the test done ASAP.
My man was thorough, fast and smart. I’m not much on waiting. I didn’t wait long. And he came in and immediately started accessing my issues. Awesome job!
I visited Fast Pace a couple of months ago for kidney stones and had to see them again this past week for bronchitis. Everyone on staff there that I interacted with are absolutely top notch! Very professional, helpful, and kind. The provider explained everything step by step but most of all he listened! Very easy process to make appt online and even easier process to check in! I highly recommend Fast Pace!!!
They were very fast and efficient the dr was very nice and went over everything with us
