Dr. Ting and his staff have been exceptional and transformative in my daughter's health journey. Throughout her life, she has struggled with chronic ear infections and sinus issues, which resulted in permanent mild hearing loss. We consulted multiple specialists, all of whom suggested daily antihistamines—an approach that proved ineffective and was not a viable long-term solution. After Dr. Ting installed her appliance, she almost immediately stopped experiencing ear infections and chronic congestion. Since beginning treatment with Dr. Ting, she has not had a single ear infection. She’s now at the end of her treatment and her sleep has improved significantly, she’s rarely congested and she has made remarkable progress in her cross-country mountain biking. I chose Dr Ting as he positioned himself as “the best in the business”. Upon arriving I was turned off by the huge line Dr. Ting has in his waiting area (around 40 people!) The treatment room had endless chairs that seemed like a factory. Wake it was time for me to meet Dr. Ting, I was placed in his office for the meeting. He did not even looked in my mouth. Dr. Ting diagnosed me with condition I do not have (like tongue thrush, cross bite and tongue tie. I went to close to several orthodontists and even myo therapists as I was worried of my “newly found conditions” and all of them confirmed I did not have those. Dr. Ting prescribed me a double jaw surgery PLUS MARPE after the surgery with a bill just for MARPE of $23K I feel like his office is a money making operation that does not care a

Ting orthodontics has changed my life! I am a general dentist in Kansas who has struggled with nasal breathing, open mouth posture, and snoring for most of my life. After a lot of research, I decided to do the MARPE expander to see if it would help with my orthodontics relapse and the symptoms listed above. After 6mo of turning the appliance slowly, I was able to expand 8mm and my symptoms have greatly improved. The procedure was a breeze with Dr. Ting. He is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease even after the procedure was completed. If you are on the fence about having this procedure done-do it! It is the best thing you will ever do for yourself and your overall health. Thank you Dr Ting!

This review is long overdo. Dr. Ting and his staff are wonderful. His office is unlike any other I’ve been to and my kids actually love going for the video game console, not only in the waiting room, but in each chair as you’re getting worked on. My kids also love that the office often puts out freshly baked cookies. The staff always remembers who we are and genuinely seems happy to see us and hear what’s new with my boys. Once in the chair, Dr. Ting’s warm and humorous personality puts them right at ease. What I especially love about Dr. Ting is his expertise in his field and integrity. I truly feel like he has our best interests at heart, and I can’t believe my family and I actually look forward to going to the dentist now!

I had my treatment here for 2+years and I had a great experience! Unfortunately my treatment began right when COVID hit and despite lockdown, Dr Ting and his staff were always available via telephone for both urgent and non-urgent questions/concerns. The office is always clean which is very important to me as well. I am very pleased with my new smile! I know when it comes to selecting a dentist/orthodontist we often want to select the best and be cautious, and this is the place to choose!
