Sarah at Target Optical was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every option, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out, you can tell she loves what she does. This was hands-down the best experience I’ve had at an optical store, and I’ll absolutely be coming back because of Sarah. Highly recommend asking for her! I stopped into the Rancho Santa Margarita Target Optical to have the screw replaced on the frame of my glasses. Alisha Geck was so helpful. Thank you Alisha, I appreciated how you took the time to make sure all the other screws were also tightened and the lenses cleaned. Great service.

The staff at Target Optical are wonderful! They were through in my exam, answering all my questions. They staff also helped me get a great deal on a super cute pair of glasses. I would highly recommend!!

I walked in with my boyfriend so he can get an exam. Liz was the one who helped us out with getting his information and helped check us in. She is super friendly and cared for us when we were there! 10/10 recommend coming here. Dr. Huyn was very nice and super respectful. Overall such a great place to be!
