This Doctor and his office staff know nothing about treating BWC patients. They know nothing about filing the paper work for treatment. My experience was he had no idea how to file C9 SO they could get paid for seeing me . I also had a epidural done by them. It was to be paid by BWC. But instead they charged my regular insurance. I was supposed to have another epidural done but they had no idea how to work with. a C9. My Case manger who is my case manager actually called them to try to get me my treatmnt. After that they office still called me trying to get me the treatment.I did not appreciate how they would screw around with a patients treatments . This doctor office lie on me . They had the wrong date when I came in. But she left message on my phone about someone else information about them. And they let me go. As long I been coming to this office, I never had a problem until you'll got that new girl there.
