Discount Drug Mart

I've had great experiences with this store. Employees are busy but pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciate the folks in the pharmacy. They are friendly, yet efficient and having all my meds filled at the same time is very convenient.

I work in hospice and on 2/26 Mark the Pharmacist went above and beyond, staying open and extra few minutes so family could pick up medicine. THANK YOU.

One is better than none!!! Love the different odds and ends on clearance yesterday. My daughter in love even found herself a new spot to shop!!!

This is more so for their pharmacy. I used to love every aspect of Discount drug mart. It reminds me of times past and the pharmacy was always so efficient and friendly. In the past 4-6 months the pharmacy, for me, has fallen off BIG time. Taking almost a full day to fill refills, not notifying me when my refill is ready, or not notifying me if/when there’s a problem with a prescription…the staff used to be VERY friendly in the pharmacy. But they’ve become very robotic and sometimes rude. I’ll be switching my prescriptions elsewhere at this point.

I dropped a prescription off for a wheelchair. Kept calling and they kept putting me off. Then I called my doctor who called them. They had me bring in my insurance card again so I did. The lady who waited on me was very rude and informed me I wasn’t going to get it. I watched her mark able to walk which if I was able why did my doctor give me a prescription for one I have never seen anybody so rude. She had short hair and it was dyed red. She shouldn’t be working with the public with her attitude
