Timberlane Adult Dentistry & Periodontics

I've been taking my kids to this office for over 10 years. Dr. Gary Davis is great with the kids; I have no complaints about him. The front office staff however is gruesome. I should have left years ago when Glenda was dismissive, rude and condescending. I spoke with Dr. Davis about the incident and he straightened things out for the time being. This week my son had an appointment; when we arrived we were told they no longer accept his insurance. Besides wasting my time (they could have let me know before coming in), they were rude about it and were "put off" by the idea that I wanted to reschedule (in order to sign my kid up with insurance provided by my employer), otherwise my out of pocket expenses would be unaffordable. I'm done with this office and have since asked for all record

I called to schedule my kids a few years ago as new patients. I called this office to get a better understanding of why one of my children was being discontinued from being seen. Glenda is who I spoke with and who looked into my son‘s account. I was told that, and I quote “first you should be grateful that they accepted Green Mountain care insurance” that because I missed the three appointments (in which is totally understandable) He cannot be seen anymore. That statement was completely uncalled for. Very disappointed…

We've had great experiences goin there with you young child. It says a lot that she has 0 fear of the dentist and actually looks forward to going! She's had regular cleanings and 2 fillings and the staff has all been super patient and kind. We love Timberlane Dental!

My experience with Timberlane has been incredibly disappointing. Apparently not being able to open my mouth to eat wasn’t enough of a reason for them to prescribe antibiotics (which the oral surgeon from a different office did IMMEDIATELY). I was rushed in & out in less than 20 minutes & was quite literally only given a referral. After receiving my bill, I called to file a grievance with the company & was called back about it 2 months later. Though the woman I spoke to was incredibly apologetic & trying to vouch for the doctor’s decision, it just became apparent that nothing would be done to resolve the situation. I see that many people have had good experiences, I wish I could say the same about mine.

I have been to dentists all over the country and timberlane is fantastic. A culture of caring about patients from ALL staff members, up to date equipment, non invasive, nothing sold to you unnecessarily, gentle cleanings, always on time! Which is never the case in health care! The technicians are really skilled and interesting, from all different backgrounds. Everyone makes a clear effort to know you as a person - which is great considering the offices have a somewhat corporate feel in how big and shiny they look. Would definitely recommend Timberlane to a friend.
