Timberland Ridge Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation

This nursing home has unfortunately gone downhill o quickly the past two years. It used to have a team of loyal, honest, and genuinely caring staff members-but one by one, they've either been fired unfairly or pushed out. What's left behind is a skeleton crew of disrespectful STNAs and an unqualified management team that seems more focused on covering up issues than addressing them. Resident care has significantly declined. Basic needs are neglected, communication is poor, and the environment no longer feels safe or compassionate. There is a clear lack of training, oversight, and genuine concern for the well-being of the residents. Last weekend I had came to Timberland Ridge to tour the facility and I got to meet the nursing staff who were wonderful and helping me do the tour they did. Let me know that management is there more during the week as it was a late afternoon on Saturday and I was taken back by the store not only does the facility offer a lot, but it is very beautiful. They have a great courtyard that sits in the middle of the building that really gives natural sunlight and allows the residence to sit out in the sunshine when it is warm. From a clinical standpoint, this building does offer a lot and I’m glad I got the opportunity to come in and find placement for my loved one

My mom is a resident at Timberland Ridge and has been there for a year. She was in a different facility for 8 months prior to this. We moved her because she wasn’t getting the care she needed. The staff at Timberland is amazing, including the administrator Holly, the DON Yashica, the social worker Julie, the nurses, aides, kitchen staff… everyone. I’m there almost every day so I’ve been able to monitor her care and see how hard the staff works and how caring they are. The food is also very good as are the activities. My brother and I are very happy with this move and would highly recommend this facility.

We are very happy with Timberland Ridge! The Receptionist, Rachel, is so welcoming and kind. The housekeeping staff, King, is so personable. Physical Therapy, Mae, is very efficient and compassionate. Dietary, Victoria, truly cares and communicates well. All the nursing staff is approachable with any questions/concerns. Laundry is the only issue we really have which we can deal with. Any time we walk around the facility, all the staff says hi to my aunt and calls her by her name. We are appreciative of so many people and im sorry I haven't named them all, however, the person that has made the biggest impact on my aunt is Rena, nursing assistant.
