I booked with Sophia for highlights, but the result was very disappointing. Next morning I was met with chunky stripes that looked like skunk stripes rather than blended highlights. It wasn’t the natural, dimensional look I requested. The owner was accommodating and kindly scheduled a corrective appointment with Heidi who was supposedly one of the top stylists, only to learn she just graduated high school maybe a year prior if I remember correctly .. Unfortunately, the correction process overprocessed my hair, leaving it severely fried, dry, brittle, and damaged. I was emotional during the appointment (Heidi was kind and supportive), and the two of them apologized as I left after a long evening (about 5 hours total). I have not cried this much over my hair since I was in high school. First photo is how my hair looked going into the appointment. Second and third are photos I showed the stylist of what I wanted. Last photo is what I got. I told the receptionist I wanted to schedule a full foil with a shadow root. She insisted what I wanted was a balayage and I told her in the past that had not been what I want. So she said she’d schedule it as a balayage to give me the most time with the hair stylist, but to show her pics of what I wanted once I arrived. Again when I spoke to the stylist, I said I wanted highlights with a shadow root and showed her the second and third pictures. She said that would be balayage so I thought I would be getting the same results just a different name for the style. My intent

My dad has been a client for many years and has always been pleased with the manicure and pedicures he has received. He has an appointment every month I had a pedicure myself and Brooke was excellent. I am definitely going to return and recommend. The whole process was very relaxing.

By far Nafisa is the best waxer! I literally drive 22 miles to come to her. I will not let anyone else touch my brows. She is worth every penny!

Heidi washed and dried my hair today. Did a great job. Also Ashley the receptionist is on the ball. Kind , courteous and very professional
