Timber Kids Dentistry & Orthodontics

Dr. Gray and his team at Timber Kids are amazing! My 7 year old son has been going there for 5 years and has had some tricky issues that we’ve been able to treat with such ease and care — and my 3 year old daughter loves her cleanings! The assistants go above and beyond every time we are there, taking their time explaining things, changing voices to be silly and fun and offering lots of prizes and stickers. Dr. Gray is always calm and compassionate and we are in and out without much wait time. I had all three kids in there yesterday and we were all cleaned up and out under an hour. Check out is seamless, they work really hard to make sure insurance is correct and pays correctly per plan. We are so grateful for Dr. Gray and his wonderful team!

It was my two year old first dentist apt , and she was a little freaked out. They made it as quick as possible. The dental assistant was super kind and helpful with scheduling. The dentist was very calm and efficient. They gave my daughter a toy, and they have a tv above the dental chair for kids to watch cartoons like Bluey during the apt to distract them. My girl was not feeling it at all so they just got through it as quickly as possible. The dental assistant brushed her teeth as best she could, and they gave her a fluoride treatment. The dentist came in and counted all of her teeth and checked for any cavities or other issues. He then gave me tips for how to maintain her teeth until the next apt with brushing and flossing. I highly recommend Dr. Austin as an orthodontist! She has been phenomenal in her care for my daughter. Dr. Austin takes the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that both my daughter and I fully understand what to expect. It's clear that she genuinely cares about her patients, making the entire experience much more comfortable. We're very pleased with the results so far and appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Timber was amazing. We were travelling and our 4yo chipped their tooth at Mt. Bachelor. Timber was able to take us in as a new patient same-day, perform X-rays, and check on the tooth. Dr. Grey was fantastic as were the technicians. They were all very kid-friendly even for our shy one. Love them!

Our 3 year old fell down the stairs and had some trauma to his front teeth. Beyond worried, Timber kids took all that worry away! Kylie treated our son like he was her own, the nicest, warmest girl. She was incredible, along with Dr. Gray! Best experience we’ve ever had. This is the place you want taking care of your kids. 100/100. We can’t thank them enough.
