Timber Kids Dentistry - Grants Pass

My son (3) is always excited for his dentist appointments which isn’t something I remember from my childhood… the hygienists & Dr. G interact so well with him and know all the tricks to keep little ones happy during what can be a scary experience. We love timber kids dentistry and I will always recommend this office to anyone looking for quality care in the valley.

This practice has come a long way. In all honesty they used to be compassionless with their patients. They had a doctor that had no understanding of working with special needs kids and he would shame parents while having no understanding of socioeconomic differences between himself and the families he served. They used to also have an office manager whole was rude and barley was capable of doing her job. I say all of this because I was inches from leaving the practice as many people have reported doing as well. But they have made huge strides to fix these problems. Dr. Gonzalez, is a magnificent pediatric dentist. He meets the child (and parent) at their level of comfort and respects parental choice and opinions. Great place to take your kids! The staff is very gentle, fun and patient with your kids especially if they have anxiety like mine does. At no time during the visit did I feel rushed or like my child and I were a burden. The staff took their time and was so very patient with my child. My kid left asking when we could go back to the dentist. Again can’t express enough how great they are!

My daughter enjoyed her experience here. After we left she said "I decided the dentist office isn't scary at all, when do I come back?!" Staff made light fun kid friendly conversation and made the xrays a fun time taking pictures of her teeth. Glad we found this place.

We love the staff here. This appointment was for a filling for my 7 year old. This was our 3rd attempt and each time the staff were so kind and patient even when we would end up leaving without the treatment. This time we were able to finally get her to relax and complete the appointment. At no point while we were trying to calm her down did they make me feel bad or a burden. I really appreciate everyone there.
