Grants Pass Smile Suite

Grateful for the work on my teeth!! The staff at Grants Pass Smile Suite has been really helpful and comforting!! I have been to many dentists and I feel like they did the best job!!! My first crown and a couple fillings.. I feel like they to try to know you at least if it is just your name!! Healthy communication! I don’t leave reviews for anyone or any place!! All around they get 5 stars from me for great customer relations!!

This was one of the best dental visits I've had in a long while. Been a few yrs since I've done any self care for my teeth. ROBIN was great! So nice and gentle. Very reassuring and she hums! How calming is that! DR Scott was very pleasant. Doesnt upsell you on things or procedures you dont need. Very honest! Everyone here was soo nice, checking in &(out), making the appointment the actual visit. Definitely will be back for another checkup.

My first time today. The staff was very friendly. They evaluated my dental condition with astute professionalism. No one was pushy or aggressive with trying to get money out of me or trying to convince me with anything. But, were informational and took time to explain things. "People will forget what you do, but will always remember how you make them feel"... Great job Smile Suite

Visited Dr. Scott recently due to an episode of extreme pain in multiple areas of my mouth. He quickly diagnosed the problem and before I knew it, was out of the office feeling great with 3 new fillings. The office staff was great to interact with, made my visit that much easier. Special notice to Valerie at the front desk. She made sure I understood my invoice to my satisfaction and was very welcoming. 5 stars!

My eight year old son fell and chipped his front teeth. Dr. Scott was willing to get him in his office as soon as I could get my son there, in hopes of salvaging the chipped pieces of tooth. Unfortunately the chips could not be salvaged and his teeth would need to be reconstructed. Although I was panicked about the situation, Dr. Scott was calm, reassuring, and gave me a thorough explanation of options. More importantly, he quickly connected with my son and put him at ease, so that he would be capable of undergoing the repair. He fixed my son’s teeth in that same visit even though the repair could have been deferred, as it would take beyond office hours to complete the repair. Dr. Scott was skilled and professional in his work. When he was finished, my son’s teeth looked exactly like th
