This place is a joke. My partner went in to just pee in a cup and get a UA done for his ADHD medication. They did not run the correct tests and told him he had to come back in to redo and even pay AGAIN for what they should have ran the first time. I have NEVER seen my partner get upset about anything. But the "nurse" he was speaking to on the phone completely belittled him and was unprofessional in general. Shameful.

I've had very good experiences at this pharmacy. The pharmacist, and staff are very fast, friendly, courteous, and not to mention very knowledgeable. I have used other pharmacy's in the past, but this one is nice, because they are conveniently located in my doctor's office, so I don't have to make extra stops to pick up my medications.

One of the worst clinics I've been to. They never answer the phone. It takes days to get a return call. The girls in the office have no clue of what they're doing and lie about sending paperwork out. They don't listen at all. They want you to come into the office for everything, even if you've already spoken to the dr. They have no clue of how to manage a clinic and can't deal with basic duties like listening to the patient, paperwork, and answering the phones. And they always like to tell me I have a copay, even though I have medicaid. The girls have absolutely no clue of what that means.

They are actually allowing people to come in and not have their masks pulled over their nose. There was one man that came into the waiting room with no mask. He should not have made it past the front door. This is a doctors office and this situation is unacceptable in any public forum but in the least I should be able to go to the doctor and not have to worry about people who refuse to wear their masks and or wear them incorrectly. These are the same people who are getting everyone else sick.

This place has one of the best pharmacy in Tyler, Texas. Conveniently located, well organized and friendly staffs! This place use automation technology (aka. robot) to save patient time and money compared to other big chain pharmacy such as Walgreens and CVS. Highly recommended !
