I have been to this dentistry practice on two separate occasions to have work completed. Everyone in the office that I have met has been great, very friendly. The main reason I felt compelled to write a review is for Dr. Heironimus. He is the best dentist that I have ever had ( and I have had a lot of work done). Extremely professional. He has a positive "get it done" attitude. He explained everything that he was doing and was concerned about my overall comfort. He was also very considerate of my time since I traveled over an hour and and half to arrive at their office. Please thank him for the wonderful service he provides, the world needs more doctors like him.

My first visit last week was so fast & everyone was so very nice & caring & kind. I didn't meet Dr. Nichols in which I've heard so many good things about from a few people that come here that highly recommended me. I have medicaid & they treat u just like everyone else. The atmosphere is amazing. Im terrified of just being in a dentist office but after having meeting Dr. Garrison he has the best bed side manner, he will do my extractions on Tuesday January 20th. My sister is in Charleston WV & I recommended this office to her for her dental needs. The long drive is so worth it. Thank u Dr Garrison & Dr. Nichols for making me feel comfortable & running a business that makes everyone feel right at home. See u Tuesday. Terra Collins

I had a very bad experience when I went in for a temporary crown. During my visit, hydrogen peroxide was spilled on my lip three different times. The dentist left it on my lip for about two minutes and then walked out of the room while it was still there. I had to use my phone camera to look at my lip and ask what was on it. The assistant told me it was peroxide and said it might burn. If something burns, it should be wiped off right away, not left on the skin. The office was close to closing and the visit felt rushed. After it was wiped off once, peroxide was spilled on my lip two more times while my tooth was still being worked on. I now have a painful chemical burn on my lip. I was told it would go away in 20 minutes, but it has been a week and it still hurts. I understand mistakes happ

Excellent dentist office. Everyone is very kind, helpful and very skilled....it makes the horrible experience of going to the dentist alittle easier. My husband and I both go there, and we've never had a bad experience. Highly recommend them!

I absolutely love this guy. I have been to him twice and his bedside manner is unmatched. Also his assistants and very professional. Im so glad I found such a good dentist in this small town.
