I took my son in for his sports physical and our experience was very pleasant. So much so, that a couple days later I convinced my wife to go in for a personal issue that she has had trouble with, with other local Drs. She was skeptical but once she spoke with the receptionist, she was immediately relieved. Everyone in the office was open, inviting and nonjudgmental. I believe that we have found our new family physician. So far, I would refer the office to anyone. Also, we walked in without an appointment.

I have always been treated with respect. I've walked in without an appointment and been seen in a timely manner. My medical issues have been treated properly and at times I've been referred to specialists. I have had to wait up to 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment, but I expect this to happen at any doctors office - some people need more attention than others. You can't just shuffle people in and out on a conveyor. I've also taken people to the office that were too sick to get out of the car, and the doctors have come out to the car to see them.

The doctors are okay, there's a lot of guess work but we're looking for another place. They have a good size staff but they're rude, they don't answer the phone during normal business hours. They don't follow up or communicate with you at all. It took weeks to get a prescription because they didn't complete the paperwork, they didn't call the insurance, they didn't call the pharmacy. They're quick to tell you it wasn't them, it was this place or that one. It's concerning when your health is at stake. I really hope they improve.

They require a visit every 3 months for prescription refills. Poor communication with patient and within office about patient. Poor followup with patient. FYI…..seems the positive reviews are before it changed to E.A. Hawse. It is no longer Hahn Medical Practices!

This place has rescheduled my appointment 3 times Even after letting them know something wasn't right with me. today they called me 20 minutes before my appointment They like a 24 hour notice what about the patient This place is ridiculous.
