Tiger Pediatrics - South

Brought my daughter in after progressively getting worse with sickness for 5 days, and doing all the basics they always advise. They did a flu test that came back negative. Refused to do a covid, strep, or any other testing and just sent us on our way. They said "our covid tests are same as over the counter, go buy one at walgreens." This is the 3rd time here now that I have felt not heard, overlooked, and like they give no care on the well being of my children.

My kids and grandson were discharged from this office due to false accusations made by an employee that works at the front desk by the name of Janice. Her grandson Tyler has a kid with my daughter, and another one of the way, and she doesn’t like my daughter so she made fake statements about myself and my daughter and Leah freeze who states she’s in charge of everyone there wouldn’t give me dates and times these things have occurred. When I asked for her bosses name and number she stated she’s the head one and that she wouldn’t give me the doctors name and or number to speak to. As someone who works in healthcare myself, there should be proof of something done instead of accusations of someone based off of not liking someone. To me that sounds discriminating, and could possibly be a law su

**** UPDATE**** The receptionist said NONE of their doctors see unvaccinated patients. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. It’s weird the first question they ask is if you vaccinate your children when trying to establish care. I should’ve read the reviews before wasting time calling here.

This is easily the best pediatrics practice in Mid-Missouri. The staff are incredibly friendly and warm and above all very accommodating. The physicians and nurse practitioners are very intelligent and listen very well. I have been incredibly impressed with this practice and after going to 2 others I can confidently say this is the best of the best. There is not a physician or NP here that I do not trust my Childrens life and well being with. This is coming from someone that works in healthcare and medicine.

We LOVE Tiger Pediatrics! We drive from Hermann just because we value the expertise and personal care we receive from each and every receptionist, nurse, and doctor. We’ve been patients for almost nine years. Highly recommend.
