I had a pretty positive experience at this dental place. However, I had a balance that I owed that I was trying to get some clarification on since I never had an unknown balance for a simple filling. I came in to replace an old filling and to fill another tooth to fix a space I had from gum irritation and recession.. I paid 56 when I left the office so just wanted to know what I owed and for what? I spoke to Mercedes about my concern and she was right off the bat not friendly and rude. I would think that a patient had the right to understand what they owed a why if they were unsure of why they had a balance. Anyways. I won’t be back because of her, even though I enjoyed coming here. 12/19/25 Jenny Vickers reached out to me directly and clarified everything for me which is all I wanted. I

Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The staff made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take the time to explain everything. I really appreciated the kindness throughout my visit. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Allen Vickers today, super nice and his staff is very friendly.
