The staff was incredibly welcoming and all very nice. I was busy and had to leave my appointment one day and they were very nice about it and quickly assisted and got me back in the office to complete my visit. Heather, Monique, Dr Holloway, I can’t remember my DA’s name but they all took the time to explain things thoroughly with my care. And there were others I came in contact with but I can’t remember everyone name but know you were all great a 5 out of 5.

The stall and Doctors at Smile Doctors really made me feel like I am Family. They were so friendly and explained everything in an informative and supportive manner. I would recommend Smile Doctors to my family and friends. I Love the payment options and the Down Payment for my braces was really affordable for me and the monthly payments are really reasonable and affordable. As soon as I walk in the door,I am greeted with kindness and friendliness. There is a gaming area with XBOX to keep the kids both big and small occupied and have fun. They also have bottled water, coffee, hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies but I did tell them that they need to get cookies that don't have any chocolate because I am allergic. My overall experience has been Awesome. They also have same day service.

Dr. Holloway is absolutely amazing. I had both of my boys in braces about 15 years ago, and the entire staff was wonderful with them...professional, kind, and patient every step of the way. Now here I am in my 50s with braces of my own, and the experience has been just as great. The staff is still just as caring and knowledgeable, and they truly make you feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I highly recommend Smile Doctors Orthodontics to patients of all ages!
