Three days in a row I called to get an appointment to be seen for ear, nose and throat issues. I was told to go to urgent care but I didn’t feel it was an urgent care issue because I’m still able to work. 20 minutes before my appointment they called and canceled due to an unforeseen emergency. I get it, emergencies happen, but another doctor in the practice should’ve stepped up to accommodate. I will not return to this practice as a patient and I do not recommend it for others. I canceled two of my own patients to be seen, so my employer loses $400 worth of production for me to get into my docs office just for them to cancel my appointment. Right now I’m just so unhappy with this office that I can’t say anything positive. If you want better, you do better, that’s what my employer has taugh

First time/New patient appointment, it was an excellent experience! Clean, well run, efficient office. Tiffany was very friendly and easy to talk to. She listened to me, gave me options with pros/cons and helped ME pick the options that worked best, quickly, but also thoroughly. I didn't feel rushed at any point, and I didn't feel like "just another number" either. My husband had the appointment right after me and he also had a great experience, and was pleasantly surprised by her knowledge of military/veteran specific issues. I wish I could give 10 stars. I'm so happy that my years long search for a PCP led me here!

Making false reports in clinical notes. Being very obsessive with my baby. Acting very unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust her with any of your guys‘s kids. And she is discriminatory towards autistic mothers.If there could be zero stars and I would submit it. if you were a parent who really cares about your kid, I would not trust her.

She is awesome. Caring and funny. Just love her.
