I am not a direct patient of Tidewater, however, my aunt is, and she truly enjoys her doctor and the staff. Every time I come into the office, it is Ms. Lila greeting me with a kind smile. I have been accompanying my aunt to her doctor's visits for the past two months, and every time that sweet girl is working hard. Ms. Lila is kind, empathetic, and charismatic we thoroughly enjoy her. I did a lot of research when seeking a new physician, and absolutely think Dr. Fairfax is the perfect fit for my needs. I love her staff, from the front desk to her Assistant. Dr. Fairfax takes the time to sit and listen to me, truly feel she has a vested interest in keeping me healthy. She is always only a phone call away if needed. I highly recommend Tidewater Doctors and Dr. Fairfax!

Dr. Fairfax is a knowledgeable young woman. I went in expecting the worst from past experiences and after meeting with her and her staff I felt at ease and knew my health was in great hands. I recommend her to any individual looking for a primary care provider, she handles each situation I have had with care and if I needed more attention to one area, her staff was impeccable at finding me a great specialist to reach my needs. Dr. Fairfax is a great physician, and her staff is amazing! I felt very welcoming once I stepped foot in the door. I have never waited a long time to see her. She is always on time with her patients. You would not be disappointed.

Fairfax has a sweet voice however it is deceptive as this place does not treat any symptoms you’re experiencing. They do not have proper tests/swabs to rule out potential illnesses. I asked to be screen for RSV after Covid and flu were negative… she said she doesn’t treat RSV Therefore doesn’t carry the test. However, you don’t have to treat something as a PCP to rule out a diagnosis!!! This practice is NOT up to date with appropriate medical treatment. When I asked further questions she walked toward the door and told me have a good weekend. Very very disappointed they are even allowed to treat patients as they don’t don’t treat anything only collect insurance and Ms. Fairfax will just send you to another doctor. I will be finding another PCP!!
