Online scheduling for appointment a huge plus. Able to see NPT Chavaz same day. Have seen her before and confident with her care decisions. I was not disappointed. Office is smoothly run from reception to checkout.

Dr Thrash is such a fantastic physician. He spends time with his patients and treats each patient like they are a valuable individual. I have never had such a caring and compassionate provider. His nurse Verna and the office staff are fantastic as well. I have had such excellent care at this practice.

My overall experience here for the last 24 years has been good for my kids in till recently. I was given the run around the day of her appointment and have left 2 messages for a phone call and a week later still haven't heard from anyone. Very disappointed in communication and seems like no one care.

I was blindsided by my previous GP notifying me via email that he had joined a pvt. healthcare system (practice), and if I wanted to enjoy continued access I could do so by paying twice as much as I currently do. I consider myself fortunate to now have Jack Sutcliffe as my primary care doctor. I wasn't expecting a lot but was pleasantly surprised by the new doctor and his staff. I definitely recommend Tidelands and DR.Sutcliffe and his staff.

Clean, modern office. All the personnel are routinely pleasant and helpful. Kathleen Boone is a talented clinician who listens, carefully goes over your test results and findings, and outlines what to focus on going forward. It is a big plus to have a lab for blood work, etc. in the same building. You get results the next day and everything is posted to their patient portal for you to review. This is an excellent Family Medical Practice.
