I had a great experience on my first visit. The hygienist, Jodie, did an excellent job, without lecturing me about the need to floss and use my WaterPik more on a regular basis. Dr. Cochrane was very thorough in her exam and she explained her observations in such detail that I know I am in good hands at this practice.

Things I look for in a practice: Cleanliness, infection control practices in place, state of the art equipment, competent provider (with a soft touch!), and a practice that prioritizes CE for the entire staff. It is obvious when the team is engaged in a practice! I have been a patient for 4 years now and have checked off all of these boxes. My oral exams are thorough; I adore my hygienists (shout-out to Jodi!)). I have experienced and observed that both Dr.'s Papadea and Cochran take their time with their patients making sure concerns are addressed. Personally, I felt heard and appreciated the extra effort to explain clinical findings and best treatment options. I love this team!!
