I recently became a new patient of Dr Springs & I am thrilled ..He is understanding, caring & really put me at ease. He took the time with me that meant so much. I know that I made the right choice & his staff was outstanding as well. Great experience

If this questionnaire is about my procedures I had done at hospital, I would like to leave a few comments. Dr.Sapp… I waited a month because she was considered the best. Well worth the wait. I hope I made you laugh and smile before I was put out. The nurse crew was amazing. I was nervous and scared and I talk a lot. They took my jokes and understood when I went pale. Kathy the black girl with braces without details thanks for helping me roll over. I told you I would write about you!! Billy Joel is way better than that other music! Thank you all for all your help we had 1000 laughs until you knocked me out. That nurse was also amazing sorry it took more drugs than normal not sure why I’m not that big! Once. Again amazing day and FYI I did get Burger King and Jersey mikes! I ate like a king!

Clean, nice and modern facility. Pleasant and comfortable main waiting area and exam rooms. Dr. Springs is fabulous with my adult son who has autism. Dr. Springs listens and cares. He helps us to problem solve as a family. The nurses and lab staff are wonderful. There is a lab on site for blood draws. Clean restrooms in the lobby area.

BEWARE. I have been coming here for years and have always had positive experiences. My last visit was incorrectly coded and charged nearly $400.00 for an annual visit. After going back and forth between my insurance and Tidelands for MONTHS they said there was nothing they could do. Sent a final notice and said they were going to send me to collections. The clinical staff is fantastic but unfortunately the administration is AWFUL. You may get good care here but be prepared to take a huge financial risk.

Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Went in to establish care so that I could continue receiving the medication that I’ve been on for almost ten years. 1. ‘Doctor’ (apparently this is a residency program) was dismissive, borderline rude, said she couldn’t prescribe me medication, and wrote me a referral to a different office. 2. Front desk ran my card twice because ‘machine was down’—however my bank statement shows that they successfully charged me twice. Went in to try and remedy that & was told “We can’t refund you. You’ll have to contact billing and they won’t want to issue a refund if you have a balance” which I *didn’t*, so no worries there. 3.
