Absolute Hearing Care Centers

Absolute Hearing Care Centers are great! I went to them for the purchase of my hearing aids. They did an extensive hearing test and then set me up with the best hearing aids for me. Paul Retey does an excellent job of maintaining my hearing aids and updating them with the latest software for optimal listening performance. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Absolute Hearing. My wife and I had our hearing tested. The audiologist, Paul, explained everything in detail. Absolute Hearing Care Centers of Myrtle Beach, SC performed way above my expectations. Donna, the office administrator, expedited my hearing aids order after hearing my concerns about how long the same process was going to take to get new hearing aids through a Worker's Comp claim in NY. I expected it to take a month or more based on NY's time frame but was shocked when she called me after only a week. The Hearing Aid Specialist, Chris Cornwell, saw me last week and performed an Audiology test and sent out the request for new hearing aids that very same afternoon. Chris was very professional and very personable and explained the entire process to me. I was floored when I got a call to come right in as they had a short immediate opening to be fitted. Peul Retey and his assistant Donna are an excellent team. Paul fitted me with hearing aids almost a year ago and adjusted one of them recently when I had spring allergy problems Then he adjusted it back as needed when the allergies subsided after medical treatment. I am 77 years old and very pleased with their friendly, considerate, knowledgeable service--good consultation and advice! Donna got me in quickly for consultations and service when I needed help. I consider them both friends and professionals.
