This was the most hostile medical environment I’ve ever walked into. Every room was plastered with bright yellow signs saying “Violence will not be tolerated, the police will be called,” setting a tone that felt more like a threat than a policy. It honestly felt like danger was lurking around the corner, and it put me completely on edge just to be there. The smiles of the front desk staff — who were genuinely lovely and professional — felt almost surreal against such an aggressive backdrop. The doctor began the visit by saying, “I only address two questions per appointment. If you have more, you’ll need another.” That was all I needed to hear. I won’t be back.

Was asking for to be seen a doctor for hand burned and was looking for a new doctor. All they said theyre taking new patients but with burning that required for scheduling which it 2-3 weeks out. And ask to go to Beebe walk-in care or emergency hospital. I’m like really ???

I've lived in 8 different states in my 57 years. The Care, sincerity and professionalism you receive at this particular location is Grade A+

Dr. Giddins is my primary care physician. She is by far one of the best doctors I've seen in my 70 year lifespan. She takes the time to explain everything to me in a very clear manner. All of the staff are great and are helpful, patient, and helps with my insurance. I highly recommend this doctor.

This office is amazing! Highly efficient and compassionate pediatric care!
