Ridiculous! Wish I could go lower than 1 star. They canceled my husband's first appointment, in September, which we waited 3 months for. 'The doctor will not be in that day'. Girl wanted to reschedule for 4:30 12/31... I said do you really think uou will be open at 4:30 New Years Eve? She agreed, and offered February 23rd... they canceled that appointment too. "The doctors will not be in the office". Now rescheduled for March? I dont think so. Find a reliable neurologist! I hope too this time!

Don't even bother. They claimed that my wife made up the condition that she was diagnosed with by the head of John Hopkins Neurology. And insisted that it was made up even after being told who she got the diagnosis from. Didn't even bother to look it up. A quick Google search found articles from the NIH, Cleveland Clinic, American Migraine Foundation, and many other reputable medical facilities. If the doctors and nurse practitioners are not even willing to believe in another doctor's diagnosis, then they cannot be trusted to deal with anything but the most basic of conditions.

Omg. Horriable experience ! I blame the Np there for the present condition of the veteran who is brought there i. JULY 25 !! HE WAS FINE THEN I WAS FORCED TO TAKE HIM TO ER WHERE HE STAYED FOR OVER 30 DAYS AN HE GOT WORSECAN HORRIABLE CARE.!!! WE NOW HV AN APPT WITH DR NOT THE NP THANK God. But it will be different this time because if we feel pressured we are leaving an never coming back !!!

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Every time I call every staff member at the facility has some kind of attitude. I left a message for the PA Dawn a week ago. A WEEK ago and she calls me back to start the conversation as “ Did someone call me?” No “Hi my name is Dawn the PA with Tidal Health.” Lack of Professionalism. Icing on the cake and dumbfounded . I had to ask who it was she said “Dawn” then I had to clarify her position. Represent yourself better. People are calling for solutions to NEURO issues not because it’s fun! 🙄

Don't bother calling to speak to Nurse. They NEVER answer or return calls. If you look at all the reviews you will see a strong pattern of extremely poor customer service.
