Dr. Bhat is very brilliant at what he does always advises he is here to help. However his schedule person Shanon is rude! While checking out she wouldn’t let me give the dates of my available appointments. Just kept saying he has a limited schedule! Then her phone rung full blown ringer, she cursed and she picked it up! I’m literally in the middle of checkout. She then sent me to a lady up front. The other lady gave me the day I needed and that’s why it’s 3 stars. I’ve known Dr. Snitzer since I was 23, was originally his patient but fell in love with Bhat during a transition. But when I’m having issues with dates of appointments allow me to give availability. When working in healthcare where is your compassion for people who you took a job to assist.
