TidalHealth Cardiology, Salisbury South

Had a very helpful visit with Treva Stuart following an ED visit. She was very warm and friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. I left feeling very reassured. She ordered an Echocardiogram which unfortunately could not be scheduled any sooner than March (four months in the future.) That part is certainly not ideal but everything else about my experience with Treva was awesome.

I love my cardiologist. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve called for two weeks straight now and left voicemails with no return call, only to finally get a person today who told me I already have an appointment scheduled. Well how would I know that. Then I said okay thank you so much have a great day, and she hangs up on me. No goodbye no nothing. My last time here the staff was great. It was also still Delmarva Heart. Maybe it being bought out by Tidal Health has something to do with it because most their staff have major attitudes and act like they hate their jobs.

There are two entrances to be checked in. One is a cramped hallway staffed by the rudest personnel they have. The other is an open space staffed by the most pleasant personnel they have. One can always tell what kind of appointment it will be based upon which door you're told to report to. Truly, you can sit in the waiting room of the cramped entrance and listen to how abusively contemptuous they are of patients, so you at least know you are receiving the same miserable service as everyone else.

The front desk staff here is RUDE!! Especially at the 705 office. They also refuse to fix their bld assignment in my chart so I always go to the wrong place. I'm glad my ablation is over because I'm done with Tidal Health. Kayla Esham, crnp is fantastic and listens to my concerns. The nurses and techs are efficient and thorough. The front desk staff is ride and belligerent though, esp at 705 bld. Excellent service, thank you.

My first visit was amazing. I had to switch because my previous cardiologists office closed! But I enjoyed my initial visit to TidalHealth very much. I'm about to have my 2nd visit and I'm looking forward to it! Staff is amazing!
