Why are there so many 5 Star Reviews for this lab? I am genuinely confused as my experience was the complete opposite. I experienced Significant clinical and aesthetic failures confirmed by some of the best dental professionals in SW Florida. When I raised these concerns in writing to the dentist and copied the lab with proof of legitimate second opinions, the owner of this lab aligned with that dentist and BOTH mutually agreed to terminate my case refusing to make it right. Although unethical, It was just a cheaper, easier path I assume. Again, I cannot say it loud enough,,,The owner of this lab said "he would no longer work on my treatment plan" opposed to addressing the real and proven problem. Consequently, I am now undergoing this process again AND at my own expense as no refunds

We've had nothing but excellent experiences with this lab. The quality of work is consistently outstanding, and the team is always professional, responsive, and accommodating. They go above and beyond to ensure cases are done right and on time. Truly the best dental lab in the area—highly recommended!

In my 4 years of using this lab I have yet to have a sub par restoration. The communication line I have with this lab is amazing as well. Brent my usual contact at the lab and designer is always there to help me with technical issues and answer questions. I recommend this lab highly without any reservations or hesitation. You can trust this lab will make every effort to make the best restorations possible for your patients. I have used this lab for every full mouth restoration case I have had. They are especially good with dental implant restorations.

What a great experience! Leo is not only a master technician, but also an artist! Due to an accident and medication, my teeth are all different colors. My two front caps needed replacing after 51 years, and the color is more than challenging. Leo matched and blended and came up with a perfect option...the teeth are beautiful. He never rushed me, and could not have been more helpful. He explained things extremely well. I also was offered plenty of time and options to ensure I am delighted with the results. My wife and I are snowbirds from MI and this year (2024) my wife chipped one of her front teeth.
