Katie is fantastic. Not only is she a great person but she is a great practitioner; incredibly knowledgable in her field. I started working with her in Oct. 2025 after 3 babies in 3 years. PFT is not one-size-fits-all and she truly tailors your treatment to what your body needs. Her location and space are great, it's not a gym-like setting where there are multiple people. It is one-on-one, in a private room, which makes the entire process less intimidating. I have noticed a huge difference since starting. Highly recommend Thrive for your PFT needs.

After I had my second baby, Katie helped me to recover my pelvic floor strength, reverse my prolapse, and strengthen my core. I am very happy with the care I received there and would definitely recommend her to anybody after having a baby. My only feedback would be first, that she reads the exercises off from a page and some people don't learn well that way. And secondly that she sometimes forgets your specific case, what you've been working on, or what your medical condition is, so you just have you have to be on top of remembering everything or writing it all down so you can follow up to make sure you're making progress.

Katie and her team are outstanding. They were able to come right to my home for pelvic floor therapy! It's just so nice Thrive offers options of either in-office or home sessions. As a first time mom, this was so convenient.
