Thrive Massage Therapy for Wellness, Relaxation and Pain Relief

I had broken my ankle last January 2022. After months of regular physical therapy I still had a great deal of pain when doing certain sports. My range of motion wasn’t where it should be or where I wanted. Debra Barbarick worked some magic and now I’m getting back to my normal ability and my pain is all but gone. I am an avid skier and have been skiing since I was 5. My first few times out skiing this season were painful and I felt almost like a beginner. After a couple sessions with Deb I’m almost 100% and I couldn’t be happier. We have a heli skiing trip planned this February and I was nervous because of the pain. Now I’m happy and excited and can’t wait to get on those untracked powder runs! I would highly recommend her as conventional physical therapy can only get you so far.
