Thrifty White Pharmacy

Very rude, disrespectful and very racist! Channing is the manager and I can honestly say she is very nice and is willing to help! Lisa and the young lady on the drop off side are rude and ignorant! I will be reporting them to the board of nursing. Enough is enough! My son will go days without his medicine because this pharmacy is incompetent. I can see if it was a single time but it happens each and every month. Why must I go to another pharmacy that is out of the way? I did nothing wrong. They need to make some major changes ASAP! I’m am updating my review as of 04/09/2025 Lisa actually has been good the last month or so! Now the tech Bobbie is another story! I guess I need to make another report to the state! Ugh

I switched from another corporate pharmacy to this one. The ppl are nice and my prescription is always ready. I will add that I switched bcz the prices of my meds at the other pharmacy was higher than TW. I wish the app worked consistently so I can just check in and see how many refills I have.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Hands down the absolute WORST pharmacy I have used. Medication refills are almost always late. That’s a problem for those of us who have medication for life threatening conditions. Extremely rude, unprofessional and judgmental staff, especially the cashier Lisa. I will happily pay double the price for my medication at another pharmacy. Also don’t trust them to contact your doctor. They say they will send a refill request but they lie. I think the entire Pharmacy needs a crash course on customer service.

When my sons acid reflux medication wasn't covered by insurance, these guys went way above and beyond! They looked at other options that could help with reducing the cost. Lowest they found was $180! Mind you he's a newborn. They then called the Dr for me to get something more reasonable covered by insurance. They remembered my sons name every time I walked in. $27 later I have a happy baby! They have a forever customer

Extremely rude! This staff seems to have a very toxic person or maybe several toxic people. Never any smiles and conversations seem like they wish the customers would go elsewhere. Which I plan to do. I was standing there waiting for some prescriptions while listening to said toxic person on a phone call. She was very rude and short with a terrible tone of voice. I felt so bad for the person on the phone. I find it ridiculous that they treat sick and desperate people like this in their hour of need. This staff should be ashamed of themselves .
